The only solution to this would be if everyone's high education made it possible to create machines or robots to do these jobs for us, but until that happens people would still have to do physical work that is done regardless of education. An example of this can be house building or agriculture or factory working or anything similar. Everyone having higher education would eventually help us speed up and make the processes easier to do, but still a part would have to be done manually.
