According to this quotation, why are poor farmers good targets for Communist propaganda? The receive plenty of communal help fro

m relatives and friends to pay debts. They are not well-educated, so they are easy to persuade with propaganda. They lead very hard lives, so convincing them to revolt is easy. They have not encountered Communists before, and the revolutionary message is new.

Poor farmers are attracted to communism because their living conditions are not good under governments that have a capitalist policy. In general, in this type of capitalist society, the owners of the farms are those who own the means of production and there is no redistribution of land in favor of the farmers. They are in poor living conditions, therefore, the communist policy that promotes agrarian revolutions and redistribution of income in equal parts attracts farmers.

The Nile River is described as the lifeblood of Egypt because everybody needed the river. They grew crops, took baths, and cleaned clothes in the river. So many people relied on the river back then, and still do to this day. The number one reason the river was needed was for crops. The sand and dirt away from the river was not fertile and dry, so crops weren't able to be grown. Now next to the river, the ground as fertile and wet. Farmers lived near and relied on the Nile a lot.
