It is true that it is an injustice when someone is sent to jail for a crime he or she didn't commit.

Explanation: People are sent to the jail and are imprisoned if they have committed a crime and the purpose of sending them to the jail is to improve them and to make them feel guilty about the crime that they have committed so that they can feel sorry about it.

But sending those people to the jail who have not even committed the crime is considered to be an injustice thing and is not fair on the part of the officials to send such people to the jails or to punish them for the thing they have not even done.

Why did the church become more independent after king william 1 separated the courts
Nostrana [21]

Answer:

The setting up of spiritual or Church courts, by Lanfranc with the approval of king William 1, that dealt with ecclesiastical cases such that the law is based "Gods will" as written in the holy scriptures, meant that the determination of the ethical, governance as well as decision making of the Church to which members of the Church are to abide to are to be made. The ecclesiastical court was also adept at interpreting canon law and the judges are appointed by bishops and were led by priests

As such the Church court possessed far reaching powers in several European areas in the middle ages before the nation states developed

aniked [119]

Answer: 100% agree

Explanation: God doesn't make mistakes. He does everything and makes everything for a reason. And it's a reason that's bigger than any of us. And for us to find that reason and our purpose, we can't do it alone. We have to erase division from our minds and look at the bigger picture. We're all in this together.
