To have a successful group project you need different people with different experience. For example if you need a leader, a spokesperson, and a person of encouragement everyone could work with their own part and contribute in different ways in an assignment whereas if you had a group of just leaders or just spokespersons then they would all be trying to preform one job and couldn’t get other things done because they would all want to lead or to speak.
