At is most powerful, the Roman Empire was centered CLOSEST to what number?
OLEGan [10]
Since this question makes zero sense let me answer it to the best of my abilities, first off Rome was at it's most powerful during the time 117AD or during Emperor Hadrians Time. This is also the time where they built Hadrian's Wall, (which can be found in northern England). At this point Rome controlled almost the entire part of Europe, half of Britain, some of Africa, and plenty of the middle east. I would link a picture but that's forbidden on this site for some reason... Look up in google (117AD Rome)

Why did domestic and foreign terrorism become a greater concern during the Clinton administration?
lys-0071 [83]
There were numerous attacks during his administration on the USA and its allies, yet Clinton administration seemed out of touch with reality, and did little to deal with the new vice.
Clinton approached the investigation as a law-enforcement issue. In doing so, he effectively cut out some of the government’s most important intelligence agencies. Whenever, a terrorism bombing occurred, Clinton was always occupied with other issues, ranging from scandals, to reelection efforts, and international obligations that hindered him from dealing with the problem.
