Answer: The agricultural act, established the first major government program to help farmers maintain crop prices with a federally sponsored Farm Board that would make loans to national marking cooperatives or set up corporations to buy surpluses and raise prices. This act failed to help American farmers. In the U.S., the first step for agricultural marketing was initiated by the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1929. The Act was introduced as a measure to stop the downward twisting of crop prices. The Act sought to help farmers in buying, selling, and storing agricultural surpluses.

Are Latino people ever racist towards each other? explain
morpeh [17]

Answer:

Lizette Alvarez is a journalist living in Miami.

As the daughter of Cuban refugees, I was raised to resist oppression and champion liberty. But when the Black Lives Matter movement roared into South Florida, asking us to end systemic racism and police brutality, I was caught off guard. I hadn’t fully realized the subtle ways that racism thrives in Miami, my hometown, a place dominated by a white Latino supermajority. We are a community built by people who have fled despotism in our home countries, yet we have ignored injustice in black neighborhoods a few miles away. And I — educated, liberal, supposedly enlightened — have been as guilty as anyone.

Select the statement that does NOT represent a central metaphysical tenet
leva [86]

Answer:

A). The world of the senses is unchanging, but Platonic Heaven is in constant flux.

Explanation:

Plato's theory of forms asserts that the physical domain is only a shadow of the authentic/truthful reality of the domain/realm of forms.

The above statement does not represent Plato's central metaphysical tenet as it states that 'Plato's heaven is in constant flux.' He rather asserts that the forms are abstract, ideal, timeless, and unchangeable ideas that have the ability to transcend space and time. Thus, option A is the correct answer.
