I quite Agree with Baldwin's essay is focused about the triumph of the human spirit. This is because it gives us an example of victory one has in their spirit such as the character Baldwin that helped him to live a fulfilled life.

What was the essay about?

The essay talks about the human spirit been a metaphor to some and a also act as a reality for others.

It stated that the human spirit is made up of hope, will, perseverance, etc. and it is a powerful tool to use in the world if used rightly.

He believed that the human spirit can be put in a lot of trial after hurdle after trial and, if if it is scathed, it will also stand strong.

Allisa [31]

Hi, I’m Lena and I will be answering your question to the best of my ability. If you have any further questions after my answer, do not hesitate to ask me! ツ

♡ Let’s look at the main important thing(s) that will lead you in the correct path.

♥ Key words. You should always look for key words in a passage. For example, if you see "bounced with joy" in a passage, it will most likely be happy.

♡ Let's solve the question together.

The house dog lay stretched out on the floor,

Where the shade, afternoons, used to steal;

The busy old wife by the open door,

Was turning the spinning wheel,

And the old brass clock on the mantle tree,

Had plodded along to almost three.

♥ Again, look for key words. We can see stretched and shade. That gives us a clue that it's calm. We can also use POE, meaning process of elimination. At first glance, it may seem sad, but there's nothing to be sad about. There's nothing hopeless or too happy, so it's calm.

Put your in-text citation at the end of every , after a sentence or sentences containing information from source, or at the end
dybincka [34]

Answer:

After a sentence or sentences containing information from a source or at the end if all the information comes from one source

Explanation:

In-text citation has to do with referencing, paraphrasing, or directly quoting an author or a source in a piece of writing.

This is done to avoid plagiarism and to duly give credit to a source, and this information can be represented by using the last name of the author, followed by the year of publication (APA style), for example, (Mary, 2001).
