The extent of change in the relationships between workers and management in the United States in the period from 1870 to 1898 is known to be one that became a lot tenuous.

During this period, a lot of Managers were said to be very much most interested in getting more workers and they had no sympathy for needs or wants of their workers.

What was the relationships between workers and management in this period?

Before the 1870s, a lot of businesses in the United States were said to be handled by small family enterprises that is sole proprietor and they often run the business with just little employees. Here, a lot of small business owner do meet or handle the daily needs of his community.

Due to the build up of large factories , there was the division of labor that started in the 1870s, where a lot of owners of large businesses used managers to handle the day to day running of their operations. Mostly in the factories and to make sure that there is productivity to the highest.

Managers were said to be obligated to lower the cost of daily running of operating of the factories and cost of creating the products the factory produces.

Managers due to the above used scientific approach to business and as such were looking only at numbers and do not have any sympathy for their workers' needs. This led to a strain in their relationship

Researchers present adjectives to students followed by questions. The students are asked if the adjectives are in uppercase letters.
I'd say this is either semantic encoding, because it has something to do with the language, or visual encoding, because they remember the way those adjectives were written, and so they remember they are adjectives.

Importance's of holy Communion to the christians

Alex73 [517]

As a Catholic, I can say that our view, Holy Communion is important as it is a special gift from God as Jesus comes to live in us. People usually receive First Holy Communion at the age of 7 or 8 years old.

What is Christianity?

The Christian religion, including the Catholic, Protestant, and Eastern Orthodox churches. It is a religion based on the person and teachings of Jesus Christ.

What is Holy Communion?

It occurs when you and God unite via Jesus Christ. The ultimate form of prayer is the Mass (or divine liturgy). The first step is to hear God's word through Scripture. This starts the process of praying and reaching a state of concentration. Then, you should enter a contemplative phase in which you seek greater closeness with God by offering your joys, incurred injustices, pains, and shortcomings to Christ, uniting these sufferings to Christ's sufferings on the Cross, as the Mass truly is the One True Sacrifice on the Cross re-presented. You and Christ both make sacrifices. As St. Paul said: “Offer yourselves as a living sacrifices…this is true worship.”

What is the main purpose of the Holy Communion?

The main purpose of the Holy Communion is to unite with Jesus Christ our God.” He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood abides in Me, and I in him” (John 6:56)

By uniting with God, our sins will be forgiven and we will inherit eternal life as He said “ Whoever eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day” (John6:54)

"Man is what he eats," as the common saying goes. You should consume nutritious food if you wish to live a healthy life. If you wish to be like God, consume His flesh and blood. Becoming like God does not imply being a God, but rather having a heart like God's heart, being loving, kind, patient, and serene... Who wouldn't want to be this?

Every day, the world pollutes our senses, dragging us into a never-ending cycle of anxiety and sorrow. We require Holy Communion to cleanse ourselves and restore the image that God bestowed upon us.

Answer:

The best example of central route persuasion is an anti-smoking advertisements that use charts and graphs to show how many people die from smoking-related causes each year.
