Answer:

If equal masses of sand and water are heated to same temperature then water will absorb more energy...It is beacuse the specific heat energy of water is more than that of sand thus water requires more amount of heat ko reach a certain temperature than that of sand and thus absorbs more energy

Answer:

The sand will absorb more energy. This is because it is a solid, and more of a conductor of heat. Water on the other hand is not a conducter of heat, You can observe that even more when the temperatures are equal.

The physical process that makes gene linkage incomplete is
andrew11 [14]

Answer:

Option E, Crossing Over

Explanation:

In the process of crossing over, a chromosome is replicated to produce two sister chromatids.

Sister chromatids have genes that are divided and shared with the offspring in equal number. In this way genetic traits are exchanged and the offspring has a new set of genes.

This process takes place at the prophase stage of cell division.

Without crossing over, gene linkage is incomplete.

Hence , option E is correct

What are some of the limitations that natural selection has on the ecosystem?
Novay_Z [31]
Limits to variation The most obvious limit to natural selection is that suitable variation may not be available. This may be because certain phenotypes cannot be built, being ruled out either by physical law or by the properties of biological materials.
