If you are a woman and have an issue that women would understand, then talk to a woman that you admire and have respect for

If you are a man, sometimes, talking to a woman can reveal things that a man might not notice; men often see the facts, and women can read between the lines

If you feel more comfortable talking with a man and you are a woman, make sure he has the knowledge of the situation before you unload.  Men often will have a solution to your problem, but a woman can often lead you to answer your own problem.
