Dear Sir,

With due respect I beg to say that I am the student of 9th standard of your school. I belong to a weaker section of society. The financial condition of my family is not good. Sir, my school fees is three thousand per month, but I am unable to pay three thousand per month because of financial issue.

My past record shows that I am a good student of your school.  I have always scored high percentage of marks in all subjects.  I am very hardworking and dedicated student. All the teachers appreciate me. I have been paying my fee on time but recently my family is going through financial crisis.

My father is a shopkeeper. He earns 8000 per month. he has large family and he is only earner of the family. 1 month ago, they had a huge loss in their business. He has many liabilities. So, He can’t pay three thousand fee per month. In such a situation it is becoming difficult for me to continue my study which is beyond our means. I am keenly interested to continue my studies.

Therefore, I request you to kindly waive the fees and grant me scholarship. I am sure, you will find me the most deserving. I am confident you would certainly be kind enough to grant me scholarship. I will be thankful to you.

Yours Obediently

XYZ.
