The short response:

1. Basically, taking up in politics has it curves of how it really works. For example, I could check a box for a specific political party and then when the actual vote comes around, i could change my choice. I also can and should get information about parties and their agenda through other sources than what they provide. It’s important to do self research in order to truly find the party that you agree with most.

2. I think a political party member is a person who has chose to support a specific party and dedicated some sort of funding or volunteer work to better help their party win. They would get perk for doing things like that like being able to participate in the state’s primary election.

3. Getting organized is essential to my own political power because it’s important, and necessary, to have tactics and knowledge about each political event that I want to participate in. Having memberships to political parties and doing my own research ensures me that I know what I want and what to expect from each party not just my chosen one. Being able to see perspectives from both or all sides of the political spectrum allows me to make educated and rounded decisions when it comes to choosing a political party for me to support.
