Shopping has become a very important part of all individuals’ everyday life. Some people like to shop regularly and some may not like to do in the same way. The common buyer nowadays has lot of options to purchase his/ her requirements from various outlets such as independent stores, online purchase, super markets, malls, local wholesale markets etc. where all shopping places are beautifully decorated. When it comes to the super market it is a place where all necessary and convenience goods have been sold. All super market will generally have departments like grocery, dairy products and other house hold departments. The customers who do shopping in supermarket fills the trolley by picking up the goods which is there in shopping list and even which is not there in list. This happens because when they move on to each department they are attracted by the way the products and departments labeled. The researcher have attempted to point out the negatives and positives of shopping at a super market, which has all products including electronics, household appliances, furniture, books, stationeries, provisions, beauty products etc.
