I speak Spanish and the answer is definitely "interesante." In Spanish we use the word interesante no matter what gender it is either way it is -interesante-. Do NOT listen to the first answer it is totally wrong.
If it’s all three words than it would be: Among, Amuse, and lastly Valentine.
