The answer is a, the Democratic Party. Members of the Dem. Party believe in ending The War on Drugs (partially decriminalizing less dangerous drugs) and lots of them support Medicare for All and Social Security. All of these are generally centre to centre-left and progressive beliefs, and the Democratic Party is the only party to reflect these views.
