The passing is a story by Durango Mendoza and the order of the events are the followings:
1) Sonny learns that Joe Willow is also a stepson.
2) Sonny becomes curious about Joe Willow and wants to meet him.
3) Joe passes along insight to Sonny as they sit chatting one day, teaching
Joe about fathers.
4) Sonny learns about passing on through Joe Willow's death.
Sonny first finds out that Joe Willow is also a stepson and is curious about meeting him. So Sonny waits for Joe Willow since Joe passes through Sonny’s house to go to work. Then, one day in September both start talking and Joe Willow tells him about his stepfather. And finally, Sonny hears that Joe Willow was killed and attends his funeral.
Anyone under 18 is not mature enough to participate in voting, or elections. Kids may not have as much knowledge in voting as adults. At 18, the legal voting age, you are expected to be mature enough, and have more knowledge in elections.
