Vietnam or the Indo-China war was the war and conflict between Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos. The quick withdrawal of US armies from South Vietnam represents the main goal.

What happened in the Vietnam war?

The Indo-china war was fought between North and South Vietnam from 1955 to 1975. It occurred due to the spread of communism, European imperialism and containment by the United States.

The opponents of the war believed that the involvement of the American armies was unnecessary and raged when the American armies bombed the Viet Cong bases.

The rage and strong anti-war movement by the opponents led to the withdrawal of the American troops from the country.

Therefore, option B. immediate withdrawal of the American armies was the main goal.
