3. Lastly this is F because it makes sense for a low pressure area to be a place where the climatic/atmospheric  is lower than the surrounding areas. I literally says it in the question "low-pressure area".  A area with low pressure. Its not a low pressure storm or low pressure seasonal change or low pressure disturbance but its a low pressure area.
