Answer:

the answer should be 210 dollars because first of all remember that when we are dealing with this problems of percents we need to divide first the percent which is 50% by 100 and you will get 0.50 so then you multiplied it.

0.50 times 420= 210

210 is the correct answer and have a great day.

Write a problem that involves finding the unknown measure of a side of a rectangle include the solution?
tankabanditka [31]
Problem:
The area of the patio of a relative's house is 20 square meters.
The width of the patio is 2 meters.
What is the length of the patio?
Solution:

The area is:
A = (w) * (l)
Where,
w: width
l: long
Clearing l we have:
l = A / w
Substituting values:
l = 20/2
l = 10 meters

I need helpp!!!!!!!!!!!!
Rasek [7]
Hey,
We can see here 2 of the angles are equal and the third one is a right angle right?
That means it is an isosceles triangle since they have 2 equel angles and a right anlgle.

Another feature of the isosceles triangle is that 2 sides are equal.
We are given one side is 5.5 right?
So the side BC has to be 5.5 or the side AB has to be 5.5
In isosceles triangles the side opposite to the 90 degree angle is the hypotenuse.This means it is the longest angle.
So it has to be AB which is equal to 5.5 since BC is the hypotenuse.

Hope this helps,Happy New Year

Answer:

 • P(x < 84) = 0.3085 or approximately 31%

============

Hello to you from Brainly team!

Given

 • Mean grade μ = 86,
 • Standard deviation σ = 4,
 • Grade limit x = 84.

To find

 • Probability of that a randomly selected grade is less than 84 or P(x < 84).

Solution

Find z-score using relevant equation:

 • z = (x - μ)/σ

Substitute values and calculate:

 • z = (84 - 86)/4 = - 0.5

Using the z-score table find the corresponding P- value.

 • P(x < 84) = 0.30854 or approximately 31%

Evaluate - 2/5- x + (-9/10) where x = 4/5.
zalisa [80]

Answer:

- 2 1/10

Step-by-step explanation:

-2/5 -x -9/10

Let x = 4/5

-2/5 - 4/5 - 9/10

Combine like terms

-6/5 - 9/10

Get a common denominator of 10

-6/5 * 2/2 - 9/10

-12/10 - 9/10

-21/ 10

Change this to a mixed number

10 goes into 21 2 times with 1 left over

-2 1/10
