Answer:

hi

Explanation:

a fashion leader sets trends that people follow, give good advice (style tips) and understand the fundamentals of fashion ie. using the color wheel, pairing fashion with features (hair, eyecolor, skin tone, body type, etc.)

a fashion follower watches fashion leaders and admires, reads about fashion, and usually understands the worth of it, but sometimes wont put it to use, or just doesnt understand the work behind it, (just how good it looks in general).

a fashion-conscious person does just the same as a follower, but puts it to use. usually they dont have the same knowledge or investment as fashion leaders, but put in effort to look good and style their wardrobe accordingly (simple starts like body types and shades).
