Shop at farmers markets, and supermarkets will begin to seek out and sell organic items that are only available at the farmer's market. Supermarkets are necessary for today's lifestyle. Today, finding the ingredients you need to create cuisine in mom and pop specialized stores and butcher shops is difficult. Because supermarkets may buy in large quantities due to the ease of 'one-stop shopping.' They may buy things for a cheap price and sell them for less than a tiny, mom and pop business would pay for the same goods. And drive tiny businesses out of business.
