How much time are students given to complete each subject section, and in

SAT

If you are refer to any state testing or standarize testing (sat's p.r.e.p., leap. ex...) Each subject ranges from about 60-90 minutes depending on your grade & state. Questions can be multiple choice, written response, fill in the blank, drag & drop boxes(if the test is done online rather than on computer) as well as finishing graphs & line plots (mathematics & science) and paragraphs or short sentence responses.

Subjects such as Mathematics & Language usally give students around 90 minutes, while Geography,History,Chemistry, Physics,& any similar or relating classes usally give about 60.

If you are stressing about work(i am as well). The best thing to do is study, and get a good nights rest. Try your best & I wish you good luck on any tests that you take. <3

What value of x is in the solution set of 9(2x 1) < 9x – 18?
Vlad [161]

Answer possible answer that is correct is the first one, x = -4.

Explanation:

simplify the given inequality as much as possible, and then substitute each of the given x values one by one to determine which is in the solution set.

9(2x + 1) < 9x - 18 becomes 18x + 9 < 9x - 18, which, if reduced by dividing all four terms by 9, becomes 2x + 1 < x - 2.

Simplifying further, we get x < - 3. The only possible answer that is correct is the first one, x = -4. -4 < -3 is true.

What are some characteristics to consider when analyzing groups?
ruslelena [56]

Explanation:

1) Size-A group is formed with at least two members. Usually, the number of group members in a group ranges from 15 to 20 members. It becomes difficult to manage a large group. Therefore it is said that the more members in a group the more complex it is to manage.

2) Goals-The reason behind the existence of a group is having certain goals to achieve among the group members. A group cannot exist without a goal.

3) Norms-A group must have certain norms for effective interaction with the group members.

4) Structure- Based on the roles as well as the positions held by the members, the group has to have a structure.

5) Roles- The group leader assigns a certain role to every group member which they have to achieve in a given time.

6) Interaction- Interacting with the members is very crucial for the group as it increases the bond and motivation to work efficiently. The interaction among the members can occur in various ways. It can be a face to face interaction or a telephonic interaction, in writing form or any other manner.

7) Collective Identity- A group is an aggregation of individuals. The individuals are separately called the members and collectively called a group.

Find the indicated z score. The graph depicts The standard normal distribution with mean 0 and Standard deviation 1. Shaded area
PtichkaEL [24]

Answer:

0.86

Explanation:

The standard normal probabilities table is used to find z score. The z-score measured by following:

Z = \frac{x-mean}{st. deviation}

The z value calculated will be looked at the table to find p-value. The value 0.0964 is found in the table we get 0.86

The comparative financial statements of marshall inc. Are as follows. The market price of marshall common stock was $82. 60 on d
Nesterboy [21]

It should be noted that the working capital will be $1584000, the current ratio is 2.80 while the quick ratio is 2.20.

From the complete information, the working capital is calculated thus:

= Current asset - Current liabilities

= 2464000 - 880000

= 1584000

The current ratio will be:

= Total current asset / Total current liabilities

= 2464000 / 880000

= 2.80

The quick ratio will be calculated thus:

Total current asset = 2464000

Less: Inventory = 420000

Less: Prepaid expenses = 108000.

Total quick assets = 1936000

Total current liabilities = 8800000

Quick ratio = 2.20
