Explain why religions have reformers

History

Answer:

Explanation:

Religions have reformers because they are "alive" like everything else, they change with the passage of time. If we're talking about Christianity here, there was a protestant reformation because Martin Luther realized that the church's traditions had lost sight of God. He saw them encouraging and profiting from indulgences which by scripture was sinful. He believed (and was backed by scripture) that faith was attained through faith and good works not by paying off the church. In conclusion, reformations occur because people ask questions.

Opinions can change depending on the religion and the targeted people. But, for the most part, reformations occur mainly because people are good at asking questions and knowing when something doesn't "add up".

Good luck

Answer:

Religious reforms are performed when a religious community reaches the conclusion that it deviated from its assumed true faith. Mostly religious reforms are started by parts of a religious community and meet resistance in other parts of the same religious community.

What was it about the NAACP that Randolph disagreed with
Oksana_A [137]
Basically, many civil rights leaders felt the NAACP was an institution devoted not to expanding civil rights for all African Americans, but promoting the economic privileges of a small, black middle class. As I recall from my Twentieth Century Black Militancy class in university, for a long time the NAACP never pursued litigation to advance social justice for all blacks. It was perceived as an organization that was content to advance a certain amount of economic progress within the larger white power frame and without trying to change the existing white power structure, which was dominated by segregation and jim crow.
