Yes but it all depends on how big it is and the area it covers a lot of tattoo artist will tell you to keep it clean and easy for a week or two allowing it time to heal
I don’t like how it’s chaotic. There is no other shape than a circle which is a little pointless (no pun intended) and it’s bland same colors.

I think that the principle of design used here is Repetition as i can see that the circular form is repeated constantly within the artworks boundaries. It also has no contrast, uses curved lines and uses the whole place. I feel like the mood of the artwork is very dark and lugubrious. When i stare at it it makes me wonder and loose my thoughts, just staring at it makes my vision sink deep down into the paper.
