This question truly is dependent on your opinion as a person, but I would say no there is not too much power in the executive branch. I say this because we as the people vote on most of the things that can and cannot be passed or possibly turned into laws, and or policies (Some but not all). Usually in this branch, we have to rely on fate and hope that the government will make the right decision for us.
