The answer is B. According to my analysis, Answer A, is incorrect because adding a punctuation after the word “Dispute” looks and makes no sense. C is incorrect because there is no punctuation. D is incorrect because when you say “Coffee,” you need to say it fully, you can’t stop at coffee because the sentence needs to be carried on. But just pick B for sure.

The answer is b because the comas are where they are supposed to be and doesn’t make you pause after every two seconds hope this helps
