I am a little late, haha! I believe it is answer choice one, I may be wrong but I researched and used my experience with this and believe whole heartedly answer one is right. Please update what the answer was :)
One of the problems is that the sentences are too simple, there is no complexity in them. Changing up the sentence type would help it flow better. Also, he starts every sentence with 'Sue' or 'she', which needs to be varied in order to make the piece more interesting than it currently is.
