Evidence can be a lot more useful than no evidence, here’s why. First off let’s say in a court there’s a case about divorce, the parents are filing for a divorce because the dad cheated on the his ex wife, but the judge needs more evidence for him to decide who should get custody of the child. The mom has a video clip of him cheating on the ex wife. But the dad says” no I did not do that” but he as no evidence to if that is true or not. So the mom wins custody of their 2 year old son.
That is why evidence of something if useful to build a strong argument.
