While teaching a cooking class, the few cooking techniques and tips are cooking light foods, using low-fat edible oils, avoiding butter or high carb oils, and eating home-cooked foods.

What is meant by cooking?

Cooking is the process where food is cooked from vegetables by adding some ingredients to it.

The cooking techniques and tips can be as follows:

A) Always cook light foods like steaming vegetables, poaching eggs, etc. as they have many nutrients and are easily digestible.

B) Use low-fat oils like olive oil for cooking as it is good for health in comparison to high-fat oils.

C) Use non-stick utensils for cooking as it needs a fewer amount of oils and helps to avoid butter or high-carb oils.

D) Always eat home-cooked foods as they are made with an accurate amount of ingredients that do not affect the health of a person in comparison to readymade foods.

Therefore, light cooking, ignorance of butter, using low-fat oils, and home-cooked food are some of the techniques which can be taught in the cooking class.

Artists are driven to create art for many different reasons. what seems to be the purpose for this artistic creation?
borishaifa [10]

The purpose for artists being driven to create art for many different reasons seems to for an aesthetic purpose. This looked to be the purpose of Edvard Munch when he created his masterpiece in 1893, named the Starry Night. The subject of this work is the division of the water, earth, and sky but rejoins in a huge unity.
