a broken girl ,
in a broken home,
dreams left unspoken of,

Teasing can seem playful and is most commonly between friends. Bullying is kinda like teasing except that someone may be getting hurt physically or emotionally and has no way of stopping it.
I think one way would be that people in libraries feel safer under that roof of a quiet building and be able to calm themselves in a good book or magazine without the worry of the outside world.
