<h2>What is the Bill of Rights?</h2>

A formal statement of the fundamental rights of the people of the United States, incorporated in the Constitution as Amendments 1 - 10, and in all constitutions.

Each right described:

Freedom of speech: The right of people to express their opinions publicly without governmental interference, subject to the laws against libel, incitement to violence or rebellion, etc.

Freedom of religion: The right of people to hold any religious beliefs, or none, and to carry out any practices in accordance with these beliefs or with that absence of belief, so long as these practices do not interfere with other people's legal or civil rights, or any reasonable laws, without fear of harm or prosecution.

The right to bear arms: This right is also the in the 2nd amendment. The Second Amendment is an amendment to the U.S. Constitution, ratified in 1791 as part of the Bill of Rights, guaranteeing the right to keep and bear arms as necessary to mainta9in a state militia.

Freedom of assembly: The right of citizens to freely congregate or assemble anywhere should they wise to.

Freedom to petition:  The right to petition grants not only he freedom to stand up and speak out against injustices they feel are occurring, but also0 grants the power to help change those injustices.
