The Marshall Plan was passed by Congress to help European countries rebuild their cities after the World War II. It is officially known as the European Recovery Program (ERP) were the US gave $13 billion to help rebuild Western Europe and give it economic support. As of August 2015, the current dollar value now stands at $130 billion. <span> </span>
