The first four are logical both grammatically and in meaning. However for the fifth one the logical sentence would be "El señor Fuentes necesita comprar electrodomésticos si alquila el apartamento". The verb "alquilar" is not conjugated in the original sentence, its just in the infinitive form while the sentence is in subjunctive form.
