Research requires consultations from different authorities on a subject to obtain their opinions. Sometimes, the research report in a text form might be voluminous because of all the resources gathered.

It might then not be possible to transmit all of the information orally because of time constraints. Therefore, only the main points should be conveyed during an oral report presentation.
