It’s always depends on the mass/weight of the rock heavier goes faster and the lighter goes slower (but if they are roughly the same size there is no dramatic change in speed)

TRUE OR FALSE: Soil color only reflects the amount of organic matter present in soil.
garri49 [273]
I don't believe that that is true due to the fact you can see soil even if there are no plants in it although im not 100% sure as soil and key components in it may be considered organic

If platinum has a density of 21.46g/cm³ ... if you have 5cm³ volume of platinum what is its mass
mixer [17]

Answer:

107.3g

Explanation:Density = Mass/Volume

There are two methods either by taking the above formula and inserting the values or by using Mass = Denstiy*Volume

Here I have showed you both the ways:

1st

As Desnity  is 21.46g/cm^3

Volume = 5cm^3

Let m be mass

21.46g/cm^3=m/5cm^3

Cross multiplication takes place here

21.46*5=m

107.3 =m

Therefore, mass of platinum = 107.3g

2nd

Mass = Denstiy*Volume

Density = 21.46g/cm^3

Volume = 5cm^3

m=21.46g/cm^3* 5g/cm^3

m= 107.3g

Sedimentary rocks formed through the accumulation of organic carbon (dead plant matter) in low-oxygen environments (like swamps)
valina [46]

Biochemical sedimentary rocks are sedimentary rocks created by the buildup of organic carbon (dead plant debris) in low-oxygen conditions (such as swamps).

When organisms utilize elements dissolved in air or water to develop their tissue, biochemical sedimentary rocks form. The calcareous skeletons of creatures such as corals, mollusks, and foraminifera are used to make most varieties of limestone.

Shells and bodies of submerged creatures are used to build biochemical sedimentary rocks. Chemical components from the water are extracted by living creatures and used to form shells and other body parts. Aragonite, a mineral related to and usually replaced by calcite, and silica are among the constituents.
