WHO CAN PLEASE HELP ME WRTIE AN ESSAY ON ARTHRITIS AND EPIGENETICS?
bagirrra123 [75]

Answer and Explanation:

Arthritis is the swelling and tenderness of one or more of your joints. The main symptoms of arthritis are joint pain and stiffness, which typically worsen with age. The most common types of arthritis are osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Osteoarthritis causes cartilage to break down. Rheumatoid arthritis is a disease in which the immune system attacks the joints, beginning with the lining of joints. The risk factors of arthritis are family heritage, sex (male or female), age, obesitiy, and previous joint injuries, people with previous joint injuries tend to develop arthiritis at some point.

Epigenetics is the study of biological mechanisms that will switch genes on and off, basically. DNA gives the instructions for various functional proteins to be produced inside the cell. Epigenetics affects how genes are read by cells, and subsequently whether the cells should produce relevant proteins.
