Breakfast is known as the most important meal of the day, yet many people skip breakfast. Not eating breakfast can negatively af

fect a person's day. Not having breakfast can cause a person to become tired early in the day. The person may not be able to get his or her work done or think clearly. People who don't eat breakfast are also more likely to snack on junk food because they are hungry. In general, not eating breakfast can lead to bad eating habits and poor work and school results.
