The problem with low oxygen levels and increasing carbon dioxide levels develop in the Biosphere because the oxygen was absorbed by the population of microbes that are growing in an uncontrolled manner and some other concrete structures present in the Biosphere.

What is Biosphere?

A biosphere may be defined as the areas of the surface and atmosphere of the earth or another planet inhabited by living organisms. It may also be regarded as the zone of life on earth.

The amount of carbon dioxide directly depends on the amount of oxygen. If the oxygen level reduces, the level of carbon dioxide will definitely tend to increase.

The level of oxygen accounted as low in the biosphere due to the microbial respiration to a larger extent. And thereby, the level of carbon dioxide increases.

Therefore, it is well described above.
