HELP I DON"T UNDERSTAND WHAT THIS ASSIGNMENT IS ASKING ME TO DO!!!! Can someone explain what it wants me to do in a simpler way,

I'm a very visual learner so I'm a little lost.
Here is what it says:
Students will select a focused topic of interest within a desired career field and research multiple sources to expand their knowledge of the full range of perspectives and positions on the topic. Integrating a minimum of three valid and credible sources, effective rhetorical devices, and collaborative discussions, students will write a 4-6 page argumentative research paper. The paper will include a well-developed thesis statement that provides the arguable claim the student is making, evidence to support their claim, refuted counterclaims, proper citations, and a properly formatted works cited page. Students will present their paper as a speech, in which they may add visual aids such as photographs, graphs, charts, timelines, and videos.

D. Parallelism

Based on Your dictionary, it states: “Parallelism has slightly different meanings, depending on the context, but it’s about balancing the weight or structure of ideas and phrases. In rhetoric, parallelism means balancing two or more ideas or arguments that are equally important.”
