Why do you think Scrooge felt concern for Tiny Tim when he saw his possible future?
Sever21 [200]

Answer: Since he feels bad, and more so after see the pure joy tiny Tim had.

Explanation:

This is an opinion – but I also assuming this question is a bit i of an opinion question. i personally feel that he felt concern for tiny tim when he saw the possible future since well he’s a kid, and he died. He sees himself as better then the cratchits and so when he saw how happy tiny tim was he probably felt a bit like fansicnated since he’s so not happy. He probably felt bad after seeing the future since this happy kid was dead, or more likely ashamed for the words the spirit was throwing back.

What is the "trap of deification" referred to in line 85?
IRINA_888 [86]

Answer:

The "trap of deification" as referred to in line 85 is the limitations imposed by a belief in one's own superiority.

Explanation:

A deity in this context refers to divine status, quality or nature.

Therefore, the trap of deification as shown in line 85 is simply the limitations that is brought about by a belief in one's own superiority over others.

To think of oneself above others and to subjugate others to the role of "lesser humans" is an act of limiting one's self and falling in the danger of "trap of deification"

What does pink and say teach the reader about the topic? Topic 1:War
damaskus [11]

Answer:

Pink and Say is an important story about two soldiers in the Civil War: Sheldon Curtis (Say), a Union soldier, and Pinkus Aylee (Pink), a Union soldier in the 48th colored regiment. Pink finds Say wounded on a battlefield and pulls him to safety at his mother’s home. During Say’s recovery, Pink and Say spend more time learning about each other and developing a deep friendship. Eventually, the boys are caught and separated, unsure and concerned about the other’s fate. This heartwrenching story will remind families of the brutalities that took place during the Civil War. As your family experiences the account of these soldiers, you will be reminded of the great sacrifices that were made during the war. You and your child will learn more about the conditions of the Civil War, sharing rich discussions about racism, war, service, and friendship.
