Personally yes it should be because most little kids don’t need to be on social media especially if your not mature I think you should be mature to be on social media Little kids don’t need to be influenced to do that
I think either excited or confused. Since the first sentence is well, with an exclamation point, I guess I would lean towards excited. It would help to know more of the story.
