eliza is at a museum that has an outdoor sculpture garden with her friend amos. she sees amos touching one of the sculptures and

tells him that is not is a good idea. amos says that it is not a big deal because the art is outside, exposed to the elements; therefore, it is not like just touching it will ruin it. is amos correct?

No there are countless sculptures with chipped away pieces and marks on them that are not from the elements but from people touching them also you should always respect someone’s art work and not touch it unless you have permission.

In an artwork using perspective, at which point do the orthogonal lines in the work merge?
ser-zykov [4K]
The orthogonal lines in the work merge at the vanishing point. In a perspective drawing, the artist uses parallel diagonal lines which meet and diminish to a vanishing point. These lines are called orthogonal and create the perspective and a more realistic view. The vanishing point offers the painting a three-dimensional look.
