Answer:

Well there are pretty boys, but I do not think they will assume that your a boy if your really pretty if your not a boy. But if your boy who is really pretty then people might still assume your a boy just fem looking. Being pretty and gender are two different things. So if someone assumes your gender which in this case a boy and your pretty then they will see a pretty boy. It also might depend if someone assumes your gender is linked with you being pretty or not. Like there very much pretty boys. I'm unsure if this is an actual school related question or a personal question. It also depends on how someone thinks and views this question to get your answer.

Answer:

No

Explanation:

I have never assume anything. Some of the best looking people I have known were nothing but lousy people. Some of the more bedraggled ones were as pure as the driven snow. Looks are very deceiving. All people are/can be different.

which paragraphs from the excerpt best support the conclusion that the author primary’s purpose is to teach a lesson
kow [346]

Read the excerpt from "The Three Questions" by Leo Tolstoy.

All the answers being different, the King agreed with none of them, and gave the reward to none. But still wishing to find the right answers to his questions, he decided to consult a hermit, widely renowned for his wisdom.

The hermit lived in a wood which he never quitted, and he received none but common folk. So the King put on simple clothes, and before reaching the hermit's cell dismounted from his horse, and, leaving his body-guard behind, went on alone.

When the King approached, the hermit was digging the ground in front of his hut. Seeing the King, he greeted him and went on digging. The hermit was frail and weak, and each time he stuck his spade into the ground and turned a little earth, he breathed heavily.

The King went up to him and said: "I have come to you, wise hermit, to ask you to answer three questions: How can I learn to do the right thing at the right time? Who are the people I most need, and to whom should I, therefore, pay more attention than to the rest? And, what affairs are the most important, and need my first attention?"

The hermit listened to the King, but answered nothing. He just spat on his hand and recommenced digging.

"You are tired," said the King, "let me take the spade and work awhile for you."

E)“The hermit listened to the King, but answered nothing. He just spat on his hand and recommenced digging.”

Answer: Options A and D.

Explanation:

Paragraph A sets up the state of mind for the story, telling you the lord is both unsatisfied and ready to go further to get this subtle data he looks for. This sets up a book that will for sure give you some data, in all likelihood as an exercise.

Paragraph option D also helps to understand this purpose of the author that the purpose was to teach. In that option the author shows that the king asks the hermit that what can he do for the welfare and the betterment of the people, what can he teach them.
