Answer:

"I" means that it's better to be nobody than be someone who's recognized.

Explanation:

The first two lines set the scene that the speaker is a nobody and asks if the reader's a nobody.

The second two lines make sure the reader doesn't reveal who they are, to avoid conflict or "banishment".

In the third two lines, the speaker says it would be annoying to be a "somebody", so someone that others know. Nearly everything would be public.

In the last two lines, the speaker(in my interpretation) feels as if it would be much easier to be a frog that enjoys "telling your name" or being public. And to have a listening audience.

This is how I look at it! It's up to your interpretation as well :)
