FDR designed a program to produce the "3 R's" to get the economic stability of the nation.

The "3 R's" refers to the relief for the unemployed and poor people, second one is recovery that means to bring the economy back to its normal level, and the third one is the reform that is improvement in the financial system to prevent the situation of the depression.

New deal was created with the motive of saving the interests of the Americans.
