Hi guys need best studying techniques because am having concentration issues thanks in advance​

Play classical music while you study, chew gum (mint) or peppermint. Try to occupy your hands while you’re reading so you don’t feel so stationary and can’t focus, ex. twirl a pencil/pen (I use a fidget cube for my ADHD).
Make sure you have a snack before you study and a drink, but don’t eat too much because you’ll get a bit tired.
