In last month's celebrity interview, Don Cole, a yogi with 30 years of experience, wrote how regular yoga, "helps your tendons, muscles, and ligaments achieve full movement, whilst also improving your core strength."

He also added that "performing yoga regularly, no matter what sport you play, can improve your performance and reduce the chance of injuries." Finally, "Try to eat porridge and wholemeal toast for breakfast," says Cole, "as these will help to prevent spikes in both your mood and your blood sugar levels."

Answer:

“Lourdes knows. She understands, as only a mother can, the terror she is about to inflict, the ache Enrique will feel and finally the emptiness”(Nazario 1). When Enrique was only five years old, his mother Lourdes made the decision to leave her children and go north to the United States. There in the United States she hopes to find work and support her struggling family back in Honduras. In Enrique’s Journey by Sonia Nazario; a literacy non-fiction, Enrique at the age of 16 goes on a long journey from Honduras to try and find his mother Lourdes with nothing but her phone number, he is still heartbroken from her departure 11 years ago. In Antoine De Saint-Exupèry’s work of fiction titled the Little Prince; an allegory:, a pilot crashes in the Saharan desert, and meets a little boy who claims to be the prince of his planet on asteroid 325 or known by humans as B-612. While in the desert the little prince tells the pilot, his new friend, of his interactions with other various types of people around his neighboring planets. Enrique and the Pilot both learn about responsibility and what it takes to survive.

Answer and Explanation:

Desdemona and Othello are the main characters in Shakespeare's tragic play "Othello". They fall in love and marry in secret, knowing well that eloping is necessary for the two to ever be together.

Othello is a Moor, which means he is originally from the north of the African continent and a Muslim. He had a rough childhood and grew up to become a brave soldier. Suffering has been a constant in his life, as well as violence. He has fought several battles and been promoted for his successes and victories. His stories about his past and his battles are what draw Desdemona in. Unlike Othello, Desdemona belongs to the Italian nobility. She has had an easier life, has seen no battles, and maybe gone through a different kind of suffering as a woman. But, even though their backgrounds are so different, she can empathize with Othello. She cries when listening to his stories and he comforts her, which is what brings them closer. His difficult life and her kind heart are a perfect combination. The lines below, from Act 1 Scene 3, serve as evidence:

OTHELLO: Would Desdemona seriously incline.

But still the house affairs would draw her hence,

Which ever as she could with haste dispatch,

She’d come again, and with a greedy ear

Devour up my discourse, which I, observing,

Took once a pliant hour and found good means

To draw from her a prayer of earnest heart

DESDEMONA: I saw Othello’s visage in his mind,

And to his honors and his valiant parts

Did I my soul and fortunes consecrate.
