Explanation:

Here's my explanation down here↓:

I Believe if you want to make him/her a good person you need to punish him/her. You need to straightened his/her ways in such young age so that when he/she grow up he/she will live that life with The Fear of The Lord and With Good Moral and Behavior and Respect to Elders. Those who chastened are loved by his/her parents. Corporal punishment must be in equilibrium and must not be excess or less, punishment must be just right and that was still with aid of advice and corrections from his/her wrong doings. Even though children usually misbehave but Adults also are hardheaded and God now will correct them and his rod will strike through Dozen times of Troubles and Punishment, and it is up to us to respond to God's Correction. But Trials and Problems that the Burden of this World are Different from Punishment of God. This trials are your progress on your life and Having Faith on God will make you Succeed.

Identify this statement as a fragment, a run-on, or a complete sentence: “Luke wrote a story, it was a comedy.”
velikii [3]

We can actually deduce here that the sentence, "Luke wrote a story, it was a comedy" is a run-on sentence.

What is a run-on sentence?

A run-on sentence refers to the sentence that has independent clauses which joined improperly. In other words, the use of independent clauses in the sentence didn't fit in.

We see here that "Luke wrote a story" and "It was a comedy" are two independent clauses. But we discover that they are not placed properly. Thus, it's a run-on sentence.
