Political leaders must have leading capacity rather than academic qualifications because politically astute executives can successfully navigate the leadership problems faced by their organizations by utilizing their political acumen.

Characteristics Associated With Political Skills

 • Strong networkers develop friendships and productive professional relationships by securing backing, engaging in negotiation, and handling disputes.
 • Professional networkers understand when and how to use others' resources to complete personal and professional responsibilities.
 • Leaders must possess the ability to effectively interact with their superiors, supervisors, and others. But political awareness also entails sustaining positive connections with individuals at all organizational levels.
 • People that are skilled at influencing others interpersonally develop close bonds with others by building rapport, talking clearly, and winning over their admiration.
 • Socially adept managers are skilled at interpreting non-verbal cues from others and have a keen intuition for what drives them.

Do schools provide students with enough opportunities to be creative ?
iVinArrow [24]
It honestly depends on how creative you are and what classes you take. If you are a very creative person but never take a creative class, you can't blame the school for a lack of creative opportunities. And honestly, even if after taking classes specifically made to let people be creative, you don't feel like you have enough creative opportunities, then use your entire life outside of school! Make your own creative chances, be creative in your own time. No matter how much or how little creative opportunities a school provides, there is enough ways to be creative outside of it that a student should never complain.
