Since the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic, we have seen governments at all levels try to mount a response on a scale and ti

meline that is essentially unprecedented in American history. Do a little bit of research into public agencies (i.e., bureaucracies) that are responsible for some aspect of the government's response to the pandemic. What actions has the agency taken? What problem(s) relating to the outbreak are these actions intended to address? How do these actions fit within the agency's broader mission? Have there been any issues or challenges that the agency has encountered in its response to the outbreak? Please choose a bureaucracy that is either part of the federal government or part of the State of California.

If you have been a delegate to one of the state constitutions will you be a Ferderlist or Anti-Ferderalists?
cluponka [151]
If you are a delegate, it means that you are a representative or supporter of it so if you support the state's constitution more than the country's, you are an anti-federalist because a federalist is someone who supports the states unified under one constitution so the opposite of that would be anti-federalist. So the answer is anti-federalist.

Current presidential agenda: The current presidential agenda lays out a long-term vision for modernizing the Federal Government in key areas that will improve the ability of agencies to work on behalf of the American people to: Deliver mission outcomes. Provide excellent service. Effectively steward taxpayer dollars.

Actions and legislation to support the presidential agenda

Once both chambers of Congress have each agreed to the bill, it is enrolled – that is, prepared in its final official form and then presented to the President. Beginning at midnight on the closing of the day of presentment, the President has ten days, excluding Sundays, to sign or veto the bill. If the bill is signed in that ten-day period, it becomes law. If the president declines to either sign or veto it – that is, he does not act on it in any way – then it becomes law without his signature (except when Congress has adjourned under certain circumstances).
